How to Copy cell data and paste as Text.

Usually we copy the cell data by pressing “Ctrl+C” and paste pressing (Ctrl+V). When formula are used in cells, formula are pasted, but we need only cell data instead of formula. In this situation we can paste as text. I will tell you how it can be done.

• Select the Cells you want to copy by simple pressing “Ctrl+C”.
• Select the next Cell where you want to put the copied data.
• Right Click and select “Paste Special”

• Select “Values” or “Paste as text” and you will find your data pasted as it is, instead of formula.
