HOW TO HIGHLIGHT DUPLICATES IN EXCEL
Very often, while we are working in excel, we get duplicate data.
To identify the duplicate data there is a tool in excel which makes our work very easy. Using this tool can make our working easy
Let’s see how duplicate data can be highlighted?
- Go to “Home” tab.
- Click on “Conditional Formatting”
- Select “Highlight Cells Rules”
- Go to “Duplicate Values”
By this way, you can make your duplicate data highlighted and can identify it easily.
To remove the “Conditional Formatting “
- Go to “Home”
- Click on “Conditional Formatting”
- Select “Clear rules” & click.
Now you will find your data as previous, all highlights has been removed.
