How to make all data in 1 format in excel (Format Painter)

Sometimes we make a sheet collecting data from different sheets. Sheets may have data in different formats, in this situation we have to make all data in one format to give the sheet a fine look, otherwise sheet may look rough. There is a tool called “Format Painter” can make our work very easy. Let’s how this tool can be useful to us.

• First of all select the cell of your choice font.
• Go to “Home” on Quick Access Toolbar”.

• Click on “Format Painter”.

• Now Select rest all the data.

Now you will find all your data in 1 format. This tool is very useful and helps us a lot. This tool also can be used in Microsoft Office Word.
