How to Merge 2 or more Cell into 1.

While working in excel we need to merge 2 or more cells into 1. Mainly when are to make a table it become more important to add cell to give the table a fine look. In this text I will tell you the easiest way to merge cell.

• Select the cells you want to add.
• Right Click and Select “Format Cells…”

• Go to “Alignment”.

• Click on “merge cells”.

• Click “OK” on open window and will find your selected cell merge.

You can also merge cells by following these simple steps.

• Click on “Home” in Quick Access Bar.

• Click on Merge & Center Toolbars and you will find your selected cells merged.
