Why do we surrender Tally
If we are using tally in camputer or laptop and want to use it on another one with same license, we will have to surrender to Tally licence first.
After surrender of Tally license on the computer, you are already using it, you will be able to use it on another computer or laptop. Hence, it is mandatory to surrender the lincese to use on another one.
How to Surrender Tally Prime
There are some changes in steps of Tally Surrender between ERP & Prime.
Here is the easiest way, with shortcut keys, is given to surrender Tally Prime.
Follow below steps to surrender Tally Prime:
- Start Tally Prime.
- Press F1 or select Help
3. Press S or Selct Settings.
4. Press L or select License.
5. Press L or select Manage Licences.
6. Go to Reactivate tab (Ctrl+F7).
7. Select Surrender.
8. Enter Administrative email ID in space of Tally.NET ID.
9. Enter the Password in space of Tally.NET Password.
